    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a High Energy High Ticket Closer. In this role, you will be responsible for closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth. We need a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a drive to exceed sales targets.

    Compensation:

    - Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions

    - Ongoing Daily Sales Training Provided

    Performance Expectations:

    • Minimum of 4 Hours of Talk Time Per Day
    • 50 Dials Per Day on Average
    • Monday - Friday 8:20AM - 6PM
    • Saturdays 8:20 AM -1PM (Mandatory for Year 1)
    • Weekend Events / Workshops 1-2 Times Per Month

    Responsibilities:

    • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and present the value proposition effectively.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients through the sales cycle.
    • Negotiate and close high-value deals, consistently meeting sales targets.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and departments for a seamless customer experience.

    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
