Solar Sales Representative Responsibilities:


  • Learn and master the entire solar sales process, starting with
    setting appointments and then to closing deals.
  • Be selfmotivated and take initiative by seeking out as many opportunities as possible, in a primarily
    door to door setting, to engage in solar conversation with qualified homeowners. Friends, family, neighbors, referrals, etc.
  • Educate customers on the value of owning their own electricity along with monthly and yearly savings, government incentives, and the benefits of utilizing the most abundant resource on earth, the sun.

Requirements:


  • Sales experience is preferred but not required. Strong work ethic, humility, and trust are far more important.
  • Flexible schedule: Work as much as you'd like. We will never get in the way of your paycheck.
  • Complete onboarding as well as online and inperson Solar Sales training.
  • Communication/People skills
  • Reliable form of transportation.
  • Cell phone required.

Compensation:
Commission-based pay + Incentives

  • Commission: You control your paycheck with the most competitive redline model. Up to $1500 paid in advance.
