    About the Role:


    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead our business operations for our start-up and ensure that we are delivering exceptional customer service.

    This is a critical role that requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering results.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Oversee all day-to-day operations, including scheduling, routing, resource allocation, and customer service.

    Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    Conduct regular assessments of operational processes and identify areas for improvement.

    Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

    Manage a team of technicians and support staff, providing coaching and mentorship as needed.

    Maintain accurate financial and operational records, including budgeting and forecasting.

    Ensure that all operations are conducted in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.


    Requirements:
    Commercial Pesticide Applicator License

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.

    A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in operations or management.

    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers.

    Ability to lead and manage a team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

    Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Knowledge of the pest control industry and regulations is a plus.
