Job DescriptionSalary: $45,000-$75,000

We are a full-service disaster restoration company seeking to immediately hire full-time recruiting professionals to join our continuously growing team. You will be conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions within our company. Do you like working in a fast paced, positive, and challenging environment? Look no further. Recruiter Requirements

Must have good communications skills and like working with people.
Bi- Lingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask to solve problems quickly.
Strong decision-making skills.
Recruiting experience preferred, but not required.

Recruiter Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media.
Recruiting of new Team Members.
Recruiting/onboarding of sub-contractor labor to work with our team.
Resume Screening.
Schedule and perform interviews based on our company process.
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills and experience.
Report numbers and results to executive team.
Schedule and perform cultural interviews with executive team.
Assist in onboarding and welcoming new team members.
Manage recruiting budget.
Hold recruiting lunches/events, communicate with staffing agencies and labor markets to maintain existing relationships.
