My Qualifications

  • You have a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or a successfully completed commercial training with a relevant focus
  • You have relevant professional experience in recruiting specialized and managerial staff
  • You enjoy active sourcing and have a good eye for selecting the right candidates
  • Your empathetic and friendly nature, as well as your ability to listen, make you skilled at building professional relationships
  • You feel comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing in both German and English
