The EDEKA Group North Bavaria-Saxony-Thuringia, based in Rottendorf, is one of seven regional groups within the cooperative EDEKA network.

It serves as a wholesaler and concept provider for approximately 900 retail stores under the brands "EDEKA", "E center", "MARKTKAUF", and "diska" in North Bavaria, northern Baden-Württemberg, Thuringia, and Saxony.

Additionally, it operates two production facilities for meat and sausage products through its subsidiary FRANKEN-GUT. The cooperative, founded in 1912, is the core of the group.

In 2021, the EDEKA Group North Bavaria-Saxony-Thuringia, together with independent retailers, achieved a total turnover of approximately 4.8 billion euros and employs around employees and 1,400 apprentices.

It is one of the largest employers and training providers in the region.


We are currently seeking support for the Recruiting department of the Corporate and Personnel Development division of EDEKA North Bavaria-Saxony-Thuringia Foundation & Co.
