We are an IT staffing agency and, with your support, we bring talented IT experts together with exciting client projects from renowned companies throughout Germany.

We are currently seeking a Recruiter / Active Sourcer (m/w/d) to join our recruiting team at our location in Heidelberg.

A later start date is also possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

Proactively recruiting IT experts for projects with our clients through active sourcing, coordinating the selection process from application receipt to acceptance, acting as a liaison with our key account management team and providing competent support to our candidates throughout the application and project phases, conducting compensation and contract negotiations, and maintaining our database in the company's internal CRM system.
