- Act as Scheduling Coordinator for the Litigation Team.
- Request/follow up on outstanding requests of medical records and bills from medical providers and Trio
- Summarize medical records
- Download, label and organize records and bills to client files
- Verify clients account balances with lien holders and medical providers
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain subscriptions to court calendars in all appropriate jurisdictions and track court dates, ensuring attorneys calendars are updated accordingly
- Excellent listening, verbal communication, and customer service skills
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with acute attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work
- Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in GrowPath Case Management System within 60 days of start date
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field of study or high school diploma with commensurate experience.
- 3+ years experience in litigation support preferred
