- Develop, write, edit, and proofread content for proposals and marketing materials across multiple markets.
- Review RFP/RFQ documents to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Lead proposal kick-off and review meetings.
- Attend pre-proposal meetings to understand project scopes.
- Edit materials to effectively communicate services and capabilities.
- Research and gather information for proposals.
- Design proposal layouts and prepare presentations.
- Maintain up-to-date marketing information.
- Implement brand standards for marketing materials.
- Assist other Marketing Managers with proposals.
- Work with various software tools including InDesign, Creative Cloud, and CRM.
- BS/BA degree in marketing or communications or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of marketing experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, MS Office Suite, and various other tools.
