- Assist in coordinating the production and design of qualifications, proposals, presentations, award submittals, and other marketing assignments:
- Review RFP/RFQ and clients needs
- Compose an outline of criteria/responsibilities
- Identify assignments and monitor deadlines
- Coordinate proposal content
- Edit content
- Assist in designing/editing various marketing/business development documents (i.e., digital and print assets)
- Assist in research, organizing, and preparing analytics/reports
- Support public relations, advertising, and other outside events (i.e. tradeshows) as required
- Update internal group database of project descriptions, resumes, sub-consultants, contacts, standard content, etc.
- Bachelors degree (marketing, communications, English, journalism, business administration, or technical field) with 0-2 years of related experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. InDesign)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Organizational and time management skills, multi-tasking, and prioritizing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with editing capabilities
- Detail-oriented and acute attention to accuracy
