How You'll Make a DifferenceYou will be accountable to develop and implement programs, educational content, and other core inputs of the customer and membership experience.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a product portfolio environment. In-depth experience in a certification environment or other specific technical product area beneficial.
Highly developed organization, planning, and management skills with ability to think ahead over multiple time horizonsStrong knowledge of project management; hands-on experience preferredUnderstanding of relevant technologies and development life cyclesSuccess with product management functions, such as facilitation of product development meetings, facilitation of user focus groups, and implementing effective sensing and responding tactics.
Demonstrated experience as a product owner, including creation of user stories and epics, overseeing user acceptance testing, successful launch of MVPs and product pilots; experience within a commercial product environment beneficialProven ability to produce positive outcomes with products, including ability to forecast projections and pivot to adjust to meet ever-changing market needs.
