- Utilize SFDC CRM system and Power BI sales reporting effectively.
- Create and execute a solid territory sales plan, including a Target Account Plan.
- Meet the sales targets set for the territory.
- Regularly analyze sales performance, identify deviations, and take necessary corrective actions.
- Engage with all channel partners, particularly field-based sales, to provide specialized support for key accounts.
- Provide requested reports, including customer visit reports, pipeline status, and target account progress.
- Plan customer visits efficiently to maximize personal interactions.
- Deliver sales presentations, participate in exhibitions, and attend conferences.
- Follow up on inquiries and quotations promptly to optimize conversion rates.
- Maintain high ethical standards consistent with professional business practices.
- Proven experience in a commercial chemical environment, preferably in a field-based capacity.
- A university degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and collaborate effectively within a team.

Your Role
As the Chemical Sales Specialist, your mission is to represent our brand portfolio to customers and assist our channel partners. This position, reporting to the Region Sales Manager, involves promoting chemical brands both generally and on project-specific levels.
You'll be working in the field and remotely, with half of your time dedicated to travel. Most of your day will be spent interacting with customers virtually or in person, collaborating closely with channel partners. Expect overnight stays due to the size of the territory and the company's global reach. Sales support will be available from various teams within the organization.
