- Manage administrative duties for pledges and membership programs
- Assist with all digital fundraising campaigns
- Manage donor stewardship calendar
- Coordinate fundraising mailings
- Coordinate and manage fundraising volunteers as needed
- Provide administrative support for all committee/team meetings with scheduling, agendas and minutes
- Provide development operations support including data entry, deposits, fund allocation, expense management, donor acknowledgements

- High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred, or experience in lieu of education
- 1-2 years of non-profit or administrative experience
- Proficiency in databases such as (Abila, Blackbaud, or similar), MS Office, internal communication tools
- Acute attention to detail and deadlines
- Highly organized
- Ability to anticipate needs, solve complex problems, and work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, and changing work environment
- Must be able to work in a diverse environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to the success of the team
- Must have a valid license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 15lbs
- Flexibility to work some nights and weekends
