    Lucky Roofing is a residential roofing company based in the Middle Tennessee area. We primarily work through insurance to provide homeowners with affordable solutions to their roofing issues. Customer Service is key in helping homeowners get the best roofing solutions. We offer a no pressure sales and a relaxed work environment, with as flexible of a schedule as you need.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Middle Tennessee Area. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with driving sales, managing customer relationships, providing training efforts, and sales management.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Proven sales experience
    • One year minimum roofing sales experience
    • Sales management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Must be able to climb on roofs for inspections and load 75 pounds of materials at a time
    • Able to work in CRM software

    Relevant Skills: Ability to work under pressure, strong negotiation skills, attentiveness, ability to multitask, strong problem-solving skills.
