- Achieve or exceed monthly individual sales goals and KPIs
- Capture meaningful customer data according to company tools
- Evaluate data and develop ways of connecting with the client, building relationships, and personalizing client development opportunities
- Maintain security standards within the store
- Maintain visual display of all products following company visual standards
- Goal achievement in Sales, Conversion, UPT, AUR.
- Timely and efficient task accomplishment.
