- Prepare acquisition documents that reflect technical and operational requirements for Government approval
- Provide input in the proposal evaluation process, support PEO IEWS in the postaward by preparing monthly status updates and funds expended todate and variance analyses intended to highlight any significant issues requiring Government action; facilitate the processing of contract invoices through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
- Enter data into the portfolio management database application, review data for accuracy, and provide reports that have been validated and corrected.
- Bachelor's Degree; BS in Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of related experience in developing supporting contract formation specialist functions as well as procurement documentation such as, but not limited to, the following: Service Contract Act Requests, Performance Work Statements, Statements of Work, Statements of Objectives, Labor Category Descriptions, Justification and Approval documents, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans, Acquisition Plans, and Acquisition Strategies. This minimum experience must be with DoD Program Executive Office (PEO), Project Manager (O6 PM), or Product Manager (O5 PdM) to be considered applicable to this requirement. Four (4) additional years of related experience will substitute for bachelor's degree.
- CFCM, CPCM, or CCCM certifications preferred.
- DAWIA or FAC-C Level II or III preferred.
