Contracts Compliance Specialist**. This position will manage iCM Attendance and CareTracker accuracy, quality of documentation and compliance.

What you will be doing:
- Monitor attendance and CareTracker entries _daily_ to ensure accuracy and quality of documentation and compliance for Janitorial, Policing, and Landscape Divisions.
- Communicate with Supervisors that need to make edits in either CareTracker or attendance and arrange PC access to make edits.
- Ensure accuracy of attendance and monitor for any missed daily entries including absences and other nonworked days.
- Responsible for meeting all department deadlines.
- Communicate with the Finance Department to ensure a seamless effort between Contracts attendance and DDA billing specialists.
- Create daily/weekly order of operations and train back up staff to perform tasks, as needed.
- In collaboration with the Holistic Support Managers, monitor and arrange for Person Centered Plan (PCP) specific training for Supervisors.
- Be the lead iCM trainer for Contracts Services, both for attendance and CareTracker, for new hires and existing staff.
- As directed by supervisor, assist with internal and external audits.
- Assist Administrative Assistant and Receptionist with typical office duties when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- The responsibilities of this position may evolve to support the needs of the program.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required. AA degree preferred.
- Experience working with people with disabilities helpful.
- Experience in data management and business office operations preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software essential.
