Roles/Responsibilities:
As a Senior Contracts Specialist you will use your expertise to:Prepare acquisition documents that reflect technical and operational requirements for Government approval
The documents include:
service contract approvals requests (SCAs), PWSs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Statements of Objective (SOOs), labor category descriptions, Justification and Approval Documents (J&As), independent Government cost estimates (IGCEs) and quality assurance surveillance plans (QASPs), acquisition plans (APs) and acquisition strategies (ASs), limited competition memos such as use of non
Provide a variety of acquisition support, to include, but limited to, research of contracting types, program planning, tracking milestones, assisting lower level Acquisition Specialists, Federal Acquisition Regulation guidance.
You Have:
Bachelor's Degree; BS in Business, Economics or related field preferred.
A minimum of ten (10) to twelve (12) years of related experience in developing supporting contract formation specialist functions as well as procurement documentation such as, but not limited to, the following: Service Contract Act Requests, Performance Work Statements, Statements of Work, Statements of Objectives, Labor Category Descriptions, Justification and Approval documents, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans, Acquisition Plans and Acquisition Strategies.
This minimum experience must be with DoD Program Executive Office (PEO), Project Manager (O6 PM) or Product Manager (O5 PdM) to be considered applicable to this requirement.
Nice if you have:
CFCM, CPCM, or CCCM certifications preferred.
