- Experience with developing or supporting contract formation specialist functions as well as procurement documentation such as Service Contract Act Requests, Performance Work Statements, Statements of Work, Statements of Objectives, Labor Category Descriptions, Justification and Approval documents, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans, or Acquisition Plans and Acquisition Strategies
- Experience with preparing acquisition documents such as SCA, SOWs, PWSs, or QASPS that reflect technical and operational requirements for Government approval
- Experience with providing input in the proposal evaluation process, to support in the post-award by preparing monthly status updates and funds expended to-date and variance analyses intended to highlight any significant issues requiring Government action and facilitating the processing of contract invoices through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF)
- Experience with providing acquisition support including, research of contracting types, program planning, tracking milestones, assisting lower-level Acquisition Specialists, and Federal Acquisition Regulation guidance
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED and 11+ years of experience with DoD Program Executive Office (PEO), Project or Product Management or Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Management and 7+ years of experience with DoD Program Executive Office (PEO), Project or Product Management
- CFCM, CPCM, or CCCM Certification
- DAWIA or FAC-C Level II or III Certification

As an acquisition management professional, you know that both sides of the acquisition and contracts lifecycle are pivotal to your clients' missions. As a federal acquisition management professional at Booz Allen, you'll work closely with our defense clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of all they need for optimal end strength and ensuring that their mission is our mission. This is an opportunity to impact our country's defense acquisition and contract process. On our team, you'll draft full RFP packages, including identifying requirements, Statements of Objectives, Statements of Work. You'll complete procurement request packages and be responsible for the safe storage and handling of sensitive documents. You'll provide acquisition analysis regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each project's success. From creating and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining concurrence, you'll deliver meaningful acquisition support.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
