    Description

    Our client is a a fast-growing startup in the skincare industry. As the HR Director, you will be responsible for both day-to-day administrative tasks and strategic HR initiatives, ensuring the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with our company culture and support our rapid growth.

    Director of HR Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with business objectives and growth plans.
    • Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and create strategic HR plans to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
    • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, negotiating and extending job offers.
    • Develop and conduct comprehensive onboarding programs
    • Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Implement and manage an efficient HRIS to streamline HR processes and maintain accurate employee records.
    • Stay up to date with legal requirements and industry trends
    • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters
    • Drive the performance management process
    • Implement employee recognition and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
    • Conduct salary benchmarking and research to ensure compensation packages are attractive and market-driven.
    • Explore, propose, negotiate, set up and administer employee benefits programs
    • Prepare regular HR reports and metrics to track key HR indicators
    • Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.

    Director of HR Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5-8 years proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a high-growth startup environment.
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
    • Experience in building and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and resolve employee relations issues.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
