SUMMARYAs a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will play a critical role in identifying, implementing, and sustaining improvements in our manufacturing processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function.
Drive Operational Excellence in the facility via Lean/Kaizen events, CI activities, Projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis to identify areas of improvement.
Develop and implement strategies for process optimization and waste reduction.
Lead Lean initiatives and projects aimed at improving productivity and efficiency (OEE).Manage a portfolio of process improvement projects.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to continuous improvement efforts.
Train and mentor team members on Lean/TPM principles and best practices.
Act as a change agent, driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Ensure that improvements are sustained over time through effective documentation and standardization of processes.
Create effective communication channels to disseminate project insights and results throughout the organization.
Adhere to established company values, practices, policies, and procedures at all times. Follow and support compliance with all applicable safety rules, laws, regulations, and standards.
Maintain an open and candid working relationship with immediate supervisor/manager in discussing matters of importance.
Demonstrate regular and punctual attendance at the assigned work location.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONSAn individual qualified for this job must have and maintain the following qualifications:
Strong preference for bachelor's degree in relative major; will consider additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
Experience - 2 years minimum in a Continuous Improvement role (100% of duties = CI) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement certifications a plus.5-years experience working in a manufacturing environment.Demonstrated experience in holding LEAN events, value stream analysis.
Experience working with people from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
