    Description

    The Walmart US eCommerce Marketplace team builds products that connect sellers across the world to buyers shopping on our marketplaces. Our customers have access to hundreds of millions of offers from sellers globally. We are looking for a customer-obsessed Product Leader to scale our expansive seller API Ecosystem, Channel Partner App Store, developer portal and developer relationships to enable millions of sellers to do business with Walmart. This role requires developing a strategy, plan and team to provide best-in-class API Onboarding including comprehensive global Marketplace APIs developer tools, API documentation, and grow channel partner network for our sellers. This leader will collaborate with the business, external API integrators, channel partners, product, engineering, analytics, data science, and design to deliver on the key success metrics for the Marketplace business.

    • Defining long-term vision and creating product strategy for our API Ecosystem product leveraging internal and external best practices, and standards to drive decision making.
    • Identifying global market opportunities based on an in-depth understanding of the market and competition.
    • Leading with a builder's mindset and delivering on product roadmap by identifying customers and seller needs globally, gathering and documenting requirements, overseeing the development of products by other associates, collecting and analyzing customer, seller, and product data, turning insights into actionable priorities and initiatives, defining user and business acceptance criteria and roll out strategy, managing risks and dependencies, and prioritizing product backlog.
    • Delivering innovative solutions by partnering with business, user experience, engineering, analytics, and design teams and gaining buy-in from executive-level leadership.
    • Building and developing a high performing team of Product Managers.
    • Moving fast in an agile and iterative team environment.

    • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, and 12+ years' experience in product strategy and product management.

    Option 2: 15 years' experience in product management or related area.

    • 5+ years of API product management experience
    • 5+ years of experience in hiring and managing teams
