DREEMS e-mobilities is a young innovative company located in the greater Hamburg area. With our electric scooters, we not only want to make the streets more colorful and quieter, but also sustainably change the cityscape.

For our continued growth, we are currently looking for a motivated and dedicated employee (m/f/d) for our office in Hamburg.


Your responsibilities:


  • Tour planning for acquiring new customers
  • Telephone support, care and advice for our customers
  • Preparation of offers, including guiding customers through the decisionmaking process
  • Monitoring of offers and making adjustments if necessary
  • Maintenance and management of customer and order data in the CRM system
  • Reporting on order processing to management, as well as interface to marketing and sales
  • Creation and management of sales contracts
  • Strategic implementation of sales promotions
  • Participation in special projects in inside sales

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training and several years of experience in customer relations
  • High service orientation, strong communication skills, structured work approach and willingness to perform
  • Team player, independent approach and enjoyment of advising customers
  • Good English skills in spoken and written form
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of the merchandise management system Lexware is an advantage
