The TEMSA Deutschland GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of the Turkish bus manufacturer Temsa Skoda Sabancı Ulaşım Araçları A.Ş. and distributes TEMSA brand coaches and city buses in Europe from its location in Bad Rappenau, Germany.

In addition to vehicle sales, TEMSA Deutschland GmbH also organizes after-sales service, spare parts delivery, and brand presence in Europe, such as participating in trade fairs and central marketing activities.


We are currently seeking a full-time administrative employee for our location in Bad Rappenau (or from June 1, 2022, in Flein) to join our customer service team.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining customer master data
  • Customer and dealer support (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Warranty processing through the warranty portal
  • Warranty revisions
  • Coordination and dispatch of recall campaigns
  • Scheduling and travel planning for customer service employees at the location
  • Administration and billing of service orders for our technicians

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience preferred
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office, ideally with SAP knowledge
  • Experience in customer service
  • Detailoriented and structured work style
  • Team player
  • Willingness to work and ability to handle stress
