Job Description The focus is on the professional care of our hotel guests - from the warm welcome at check-in to the farewell.

In addition, you will take care of the following:


  • Care of our guests including checkin and checkout
  • Checking and processing of reservations, overbookings, and options
  • Invoicing including management of cost transfers as well as cash management and reconciliation
  • Organizational and administrative tasks in both the front and back office (e.g. management of noshows, answering emails)
  • Crossdepartmental insights into new areas of responsibility through collaboration in our multicultural team
