    Description
    As Director of Special Projects

    The role involves providing extensive support to the Chief Executive Officer and the entire Wavesight organization, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic plans.
    • Assist in identifying priorities and aligning time accordingly.
    • Brainstorm and provide solutions to challenges.
    • Offer high-level support by preparing materials, reports, and coordinating meetings.
    • Lead key projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
    • Organize and conduct meetings, and follow up on action items.
    • Track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to the CEO.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and provide strategic recommendations.
    • Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
    Requirements:

    Education and Experience:
    • Minimum of ten (10) years in technology operations consulting or related field.
    • Bachelor's degree.
    Skills and Abilities:
    • Experience in overseeing multiple teams.
    • Proficiency in planning and executing strategic initiatives.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to track KPIs and define metrics for success.
    • Self-driven and able to make principled decisions.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • High level of integrity and commitment to tasks.
    • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
    Reporting Relationships:

    Directly reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
