    We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee our website, drive digital campaigns, and play a key role in brand development and marketing strategy.

    This role offers an exciting opportunity to significantly Impact a dynamic and innovative environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including the company website, blog, SEO, and PPC.
    Manage the company website, ensuring seamless operation and integration with IT and Systems teams.
    Utilize coding skills to design dynamic web, email, and landing pages, delivering engaging digital content.
    Collaborate on email campaigns, focusing on automating programs for prospect database nurturing and growth.
    Create, update, and optimize web content and blogs to enhance user experience and search engine visibility.
    Monitor and optimize key content and marketing metrics for future campaign improvements.
    Define and track KPIs, including website traffic, conversion rates, and digital ad spend ROI.
    Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy across various digital channels.
    Stay updated on industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities and threats.
    Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve ROI targets.
    Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and legal considerations.

    Qualifications and Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
    Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
    Proficiency in web development with HTML/CSS.
    Experience with marketing automation systems, such as Pardot/Salesforce: Account Marketing Engagement.
    Strong copywriting skills for marketing blogs, email, and web content.
    Creative thinking and strong project management abilities.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
