    About the Role

    You will be part of our Online Operations team, maintaining and enhancing the operation of our cloud-based service's production environment, which is deployed in Microsoft Azure data centers.

    The fundamental purpose of our technology is to help our customers to run their businesses better – with less cost, with more security and with better productivity.

    We are a fast moving and agile technology company with a team of over 165 people in our four sales and support offices in Europe, USA, Singapore, and Japan.

    We are inventing new and better ways to help companies get maximum value from their printer and scanner fleet by helping them manage their printing costs, improve their office worker productivity through document process automation and increase their document security.

    We help print rooms to improve their efficiency by creating better print production workflow management technology.

    This position is Home Office with the occasional visit to the New York office.
    Your Impact

    • Apply technical knowledge and business insights to support the deployment and administration of our cloud solution
    • Ensure all solutions exhibit high levels of efficiency, meet the highest security standards, are maintainable and reusable while being reliable at the time of deployment
    • Collaborate with DevOps and Development in enhancing our product
    • Support Quality Assurance Engineers to improve automated testing and collaborate with DevOps Engineers to increase automation levels
    • Ensure proper documentation is created and maintained (change management, service descriptions and project documentation, others as needed)
    • Maintain technical skills, knowledge of market trends and competitive insights
    • Monitoring cloud management metrics and storage services
    • Keep up to date with new Azure technologies, using the knowledge to identify and define a new processes or system improvement opportunities
    • Identifying, analysing, and resolving infrastructure and deployment issues
    • Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations and improvements
    • Monitor and control application performance, uptime, and scale for cloud resources
    • Incident management and control – taking control of a situation in critical scenarios from a diagnostic and time critical perspective
    • Handle tickets via escalation process from our Support Team regarding the processing and communications that occur within our solutions

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum five years of experience in enterprise business solutions space
    • Proven expertise in administrating and deploying Microsoft Azure Cloud Solutions
    • Midlevel experience in managing software applications architecture

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    • Overall knowledge / understanding of Microsoft technologies such as Cloud Services, Service Bus/MQTT, IoT, storage accounts etc.
    • Provisioning and management of Azure hosted VM's and supporting network architecture
    • Medium to High competence in PowerShell script development
    • Excellent analytical and reporting skills together with strong oral and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills to produce results consistently and efficiently
    • Selfmanaged and motivated, with the ability to work alone
    • Comfortable to work flexible hours to meet the communication demands of a global company including weekend rotations
    • Analytical skills to read metric trends, anomalies, and spikes in behaviours from various telemetry sources
    • Drive to research new technologies, both within and external to Azure in the support of our Online Cloud Service offering
    • Ability and understanding of information classifications in the support of handling sensitive and confidential information professionally

    PREFERRED SKILLS

    • AZ104 Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate Certification, or demonstratable capability to address the AZ104 skillset competency
    • Knowledge in working with versioning systems, preferably GIT
    • Experience with log aggregation software, ELK Elastic Search, Logstash and Kibana
    • Experience and knowledge working with Jira and Confluence systems
    The company will not pursue or support visa sponsorship for this position.

    In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $60,000 - $90,000
