Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on experience as a Help Desk/Desktop Support Technician
Experience with Windows OS (Win7, Win8, Win10 and Win11) and Windows Server (2016, 2019 and 2022)
Solid hands-on networking experience (Routers, Switches, Server-racks, configuration, etc.)
Strong IT field service/MSP background and customer service skills
Strong knowledge of PC troubleshooting and repair, both hardware and software/OS
Proficiency with peer-to-peer and client/server network configurations and troubleshooting
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Knowledge of managing and installing and configuring Microsoft server OS and Active Directory
Proficiency with Firewall, Router, Switch installation and configuration
Any cloud and virtualization knowledge using Hyper-V, VMWare, and other solutions.
