- Maintain security measures to prevent unauthorized access
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Support Service Desk Associates and new Representatives
- Test new technologies for team integration
- Identify and address emerging issues
- Contribute to knowledgebase growth
- Stay updated on processes and procedures
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and end-users
- Adhere to attendance and timeliness guidelines

- Minimum 4 years Help Desk/Service Desk experience
- Experience with Epic, Microsoft, VPN, and MFA
- Remote work experience
- Stable job history
- Customer service experience preferred
- Training provided, position is remote
- Assisting with identification verification and password resets
- Experience with Duo step, logging into systems, and confidentiality
