We are actively seeking enthusiastic and ambitious individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our dynamic sales department within a fast-paced agency. As a professional in the insurance industry, you will collaborate with a motivated team of sales agents who share your passion for success. This position offers a competitive base salary complemented by a generous commission bonus structure, which rewards individuals with discipline and adherence to our proven sales process.
Unlike many outdated insurance agencies that rely on antiquated systems, we have revolutionized the way we operate. Our advanced, state-of-the-art systems are far superior, enabling us to sell five times more policies than traditional agencies. Additionally, we provide an abundance of high-quality leads and live transfers, sparing you the need to generate your own. By embracing our established sales process, you can expect to achieve remarkable sales results in a short period. It's important to note that this role is solely focused on sales, with minimal involvement in customer service. Your primary objective will be to leverage your exceptional selling skills.
As our agency experiences rapid growth, we are searching for agents who aspire to grow alongside us. Our agency proudly represents Allstate Insurance and serves and protects consumers in the state of Nevada.

Responsibilities
Handle incoming live transfers from telemarketers and successfully close sales.
Ensure compliance with underwriting, rating, and regulatory requirements.
Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
Stay updated on new product offerings.
Share training and educational expertise with team members.
Meet daily phone time & sales quotas as directed by management.
Requirements
Must have a Property & Casualty insurance license.
Hours are 9a to 5p or 10a to 6p PST only.
Ability to handle customer rejection.
Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Build relationships from scratch.
Excellent presentation skills.
Self-confident and self-motivated, able to work independently.
Strong multitasking abilities.
Previous sales experience.
Goal-oriented mindset.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Strong listening and closing abilities.
Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) a PLUS
Ability to pass pre-employment background/credit check
