- Meet or exceed the sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory.

- Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize skills necessary to succeed.

- 2+ years of roofing sales experience - preferably in commercial
- Experience with Commercial Roofing manufacturers and materials
- Must be comfortable with cold calling, as well as generating their own leads through in person interactions
- Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player
