    As a highly experienced Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing 3D Sensing accounts in North America, with a primary focus on the Western United States sales region.

    The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships within large and complex accounts, driving new design wins, maintaining existing business, and optimizing revenue.

    Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key element of this role, allowing us to deliver exceptional customer support throughout intricate and protracted design cycles.

    This is a high-impact opportunity for the right candidate to strategically manage existing business, champion new design initiatives, and nurture large, intricate accounts.

    Success in this position hinges on strategic account planning and adept customer relationship development.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute comprehensive business and account strategies.
    Lead negotiations for intricate sales transactions.
    Coordinate and manage multifunctional teams to ensure seamless execution.
    Collaborate with an extended sales team to provide global coverage to major accounts.
    Foster and manage a robust design pipeline for next-generation projects.
    Oversee shipment and delivery performance, actively addressing any issues in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
    Meet or exceed annual sales quotas and business objectives.
    Prioritize and maintain a strong commitment to delivering superior customer satisfaction.

    Selection Criteria:
    Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
    A minimum of 5 years of technical sales experience or its equivalent.
    A customer-centric approach with a keen focus on client needs.
    Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
    Technical expertise in lasers, optics, or telecom.
    Experience in the realm of 3D Sensing is an asset.
    Background in managing large and complex accounts is advantageous.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    A willingness to proactively engage and support colleagues and clients.
    Proficiency in utilizing computer software and tools.

    Strong interpersonal and team-player skills, with the ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse geographical locations and cultural backgrounds, positively influencing and impacting those around you.
