- Perform client intakes and provide advice, brief service, and/or referrals related to public benefits like TANF, food stamps, social security, SSI, Medicare, and Medicaid.
- Prepare legal documentation and represent clients in court and mediation, adapting strategies to meet diverse client needs.
- Communicate regularly with clients, guiding them through their legal proceedings and providing clear, understandable advice.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive legal services that enhance client welfare.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Member in good standing with the Georgia State Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law, with substantial trial experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and understand cultural nuances.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, Korean, Somali, Mandarin Chinese, Hindi, or Vietnamese is highly desirable.
