    We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic and growing practice.

    The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding and working knowledge of family law, with a particular emphasis on custody cases.

    This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the development of our firm's family law practice.

    Responsibilities:
    As a Family Law Attorney, you will be entrusted with a wide range of responsibilities, including:


    • Representing clients in all stages of family law proceedings, with a strong focus on custody cases.
    • Conducting legal research and drafting detailed legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
    • Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations, and helping them understand the possible outcomes of their cases.
    • Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve matters efficiently and amicably.
    • Collaborating with our legal team to develop case strategies and prepare for court proceedings.
    • Keeping clients informed of case progress and managing their expectations.
    • Staying updated on changes in family law and integrating new legal developments into practice.
    • Contributing to the growth and reputation of our firm through excellent client service and participation in professional organizations.
    Job Details
    To qualify for this position, you must possess the following:


    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the state bar and good standing.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney, with a strong focus on custody cases.
    • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
    • Strong negotiation skills and courtroom demeanor.
    • A proven track record of representing clients in complex custody disputes.
    • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
    • A commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in legal research software and other relevant technology.
