- Litigation Management: Oversee all aspects of commercial litigation, including pre-litigation evaluation, negotiation, and trial
- Drafting & Filing: Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Construction Contracts: drafting, reviewing and negotiating
- Discovery & Depositions: Conduct thorough document reviews, e-discovery, and depositions
- Court Appearances: Manage hearings and mediations, and prepare for and participate in trials and arbitration hearings
- Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients, providing strategic advice and maintaining strong client relationships
- Strategy Integration: Incorporate overall litigation strategy into daily tasks to ensure cohesive case management
- 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation and construction law within a law firm environment
- Proficiency and expertise in the Georgia Civil Practice Act and local court rules
- Competitive salary range estimated between $150,000 - $200,000 DOE
