    Job Summary

    Join our client's dynamic team today The firm, located in Atlanta, Brunswick, and Albany, Georgia, has exciting opportunities for skilled associates to be part of their General Liability practice. We are actively seeking seasoned associates who are prepared to elevate their careers by joining a law firm committed to implementing innovative solutions for complex challenges. As a key player, you'll handle a diverse caseload, delving into premises liability, negligent security liability, trucking and transportation liability, and personal/bodily injury liability.     Requirements

    • Demonstrated General Liability Experience, including depositions, court appearances, and preparation and argument of motions
    • JD from an ABA-Approved Law School
    • Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia
    • 4+ years of experience at a defense firm (ideal)
    • Strong writing and speaking skills
    • Proven ability to manage complex cases
    • Outstanding analytical skills
    • Ability to conduct depositions and manage discovery
    • Passion for litigation

    Additional Information

    Salary will vary depending on years of experience, and in addition to the base salary, quarterly and annual bonuses are also available.
