- Provide expert legal representation to clients in various family law matters with a focus on custody cases.
- Conduct thorough case analysis and develop effective strategies to achieve optimal results for clients.
- Draft, review and file all types of family law pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Negotiate settlements in alignment with client's best interests.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant laws, regulations, and court decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and ensuring their understanding of the legal process.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a comprehensive approach to case management.
- Contribute to firm development and growth through business development efforts and community involvement.
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney with a focus on custody cases.
- Proven track record of representing clients in family law matters, with successful outcomes.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and courtroom demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work within strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality legal service to clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to interface with clients, opposing counsel, judges, and coworkers.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
