    To support our rapid growth, we are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping our financial success.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute financial strategies tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of a startup environment.

    Collaborate closely with the executive team to drive financial planning and budgeting processes.

    Provide strategic insights to enhance financial performance and support agile decision-making.

    Spearhead efforts in building and maintaining relationships with investors, demonstrating our exciting potential.

    Craft compelling financial narratives and presentations to engage potential investors.

    Lead fundraising activities, ensuring alignment with the startup's financial goals.


    Leverage a deep understanding of startups and the tech industry to guide financial decisions and navigate the unique challenges of the sector.

    Stay at the forefront of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to inform financial strategies.

    Take a hands-on approach in fundraising activities, including crafting financial models and impactful pitch materials.

    Identify and engage potential investors within the startup and tech investment ecosystem.

    Manage the end-to-end fundraising process, showcasing our potential for growth and impact.

    Oversee the creation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, adapting to the evolving needs of a startup.

    Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, navigating the complexities of a startup's financial landscape.

    Implement and maintain agile internal controls to safeguard company assets.

    Assess and address financial risks proactively, embracing the dynamic nature of a startup.

    Collaborate with the executive team to evaluate the financial implications of strategic decisions.

    Champion a culture of risk-aware innovation and flexibility.


    Qualifications:
    Minimum of 4 years of experience in a CFO or senior financial leadership role within startup environments.

    Proven success in fundraising for startups and tech companies.

    Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and analysis in a startup context.

    Strong understanding of the tech industry and the dynamics of startup ecosystems.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

    Compensation:

    Competitive base salary:
    $200,000 per year.

    Bonus structure directly correlated with the amount raised, providing a direct incentive for financial success.
