As a Customer Service Associate you serve a valuable role in our branch by providing a positive first impression to customers through friendly and courteous service. This position is a great way to start a fulfilling career at Capitol Federal and can provide you with the skills you need for advancement within the bank.
This is a Part-Time position working up to 32 hours a week. Flexibility is required to work as needed to ensure adequate staffing for training or employee absences. The hours for this position are Monday-Thursday 11:30-5:30, Friday 11:30-6:00, Saturday 8:45-12:00.

Helping customers meet their financial goals by providing a positive first impression through friendly and courteous service
Processing customer transactions
Actively support our customers by identifying customer needs and suggest banking products and services for their solution
Counting cash and balancing a drawer
Maintaining bank and customer records
