The Flexible Customer Service Associate advises customers on their rentals, seizing revenue opportunities by actively proposing products and services and addressing customer concerns. The main goal is to ensure top-notch customer service and sales assistance. Responsibilities also involve transporting customers and ensuring rental vehicles are ready for pickup, including cleaning, damage assessment, refueling, and fluid replenishment.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication, sense of ownership, accountability, and drive for initiative are essential. Candidates must have the necessary auditory, speaking, and communication skills to fulfill the described responsibilities. The role involves various tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, visual tasks, and reading. Proficiency in using equipment like a computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine is necessary.
