ajor Responsibilities:
W

orks toward achieving specific individual sales and service goals through the following activities: O
- pens deposit accounts P
- loses loans for customers for applicable business lines (i.e. consumer lending) M
- akes referrals to other bank business lines and third-party partners P
- roactively reaches out, by phone and in person, to high-value customers in efforts to retain and grow the portfolio F
- or licensed individuals, sells annuities and/or insurance products R
- esponsible for operational compliance and adherence to policy H
- andles daily account maintenance and other service issues as necessary
supermarket position only) Walks the aisles of the supermarket to talk with prospects and existing bank customers about the bank's products and services T

eller Duties:

- rocess deposits to customer accounts; includes verification of cash, verification of endorsements, and providing customers with receipts. C
- ash checks for customers and non-customers according to bank policy. P
- rocess and properly record the sale of monetary instruments (i.e. official bank checks). P
- roperly file all government-mandated reports related to large cash transactions and the sale of all monetary instruments. P
- rocess foreign currency purchases and sales. P
- rocess various types of loan payments and credit card cash advances. R
- elative to all duties, must adhere to all bank policies and procedures. Q

ualifications:

- ncumbent has the authority to use discretion in some circumstances, but if/when written policy is unclear or there is any uncertainty, the service associate should seek guidance from his/her immediate supervisor I
- ncumbent must have the ability to work independently, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Individual should be an outgoing self-starter and be technically literate. H
- igh school diploma or equivalent required - 2 years of sales experience in a retail, financial services or hospitality environment preferred. S
- ome banking experience is preferred (i.e. teller or otherwise) is a plus. B
- asic business acumen and professionalism is a must. T
- he ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. A
- bility to build relationships and strong alliances across the organization. A
- bility to quickly learn all details about the products and services offered by the bank. W
