    Job Description
    • Candidate must be experienced (5 years) and seasoned in TI commercial and Industrial type projects.
    • Provide direction and assistance for the resolution of challenging and at times complex construction estimating problems.
    • Project and develop costs of upcoming construction projects and provide information working with Project Managers and subcontractor bidders.
    • Present estimates to project management team in a timely manner for submittal to client on established due date.
    • Create and maintain a estimates and purchase orders in company database.
    • Develop and maintain relationship with company vendors and contractors.
    • Maintain document trail to facilitate internal audits.
    • Ensure alignment between the cost estimate and project schedule and execution strategy.
    • Must be able to multitask several projects simultaneously.
    • Must be able to assist and attend job walks.
    • Must be able to pass a DOD Security Clearance
    Company DescriptionMust have a minimum of 5 years of experience in General Construction estimating Commercial and Industrial projects.
    Must be a US Citizen/Person
