    Senior Estimator

    Senior Estimator- Role Overview: We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of Estimating experience, with a proven track record of success in similar commercial construction projects. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity for growth and professional development in a thriving and innovative environment.

    Senior Estimator- Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough and accurate cost estimations for commercial projects, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the process.
    • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive project bids.
    • Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to accurately assess project requirements and scope.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and material costs to inform accurate estimations and cost projections.
    • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize project budgets and timelines.

    Senior Estimator- Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum 7 years of Estimating experience in commercial construction, preferably with exposure to ground-up projects.
    • Proficiency in industry-standard Estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Planswift).
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
