    Description

    About:

    Our client has been in the residential and commercial construction space for over 20 years. They specialize in luxury custom homes - primarily in Orange County and LA County. As they continue to grow, they are looking to bring on a Senior Estimator to their team.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in accurately assessing project costs, guiding purchasing decisions, and overseeing existing projects. You will be responsible for utilizing your extensive experience to accurately estimate project costs for custom high-end homes.

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience estimating costs for custom luxury homes.
    • Proven track record of estimating costs for at least 20 high-end residential projects.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
