Description
Prepares pre-design cost estimates based on scope and project type.

  • Prepares construction cost estimates from drawings, outlines, and specifications. on a variety of project types, reviews contractor and consultant cost proposals, negotiates change orders.
  • Performs more complex assignments and may lead a team of estimators engaged in the following: Prepares predesign cost estimates based on scope and project type.
  • All of the duties associated with Cost Estimator III, plus specialized experience and/or expertise required for the successful delivery of specific cost estimating work.
  • It is a full time job.
  • Relocation allowance is not provided by the employer.

Pay:
$108, $217,904.76 per year
