- Manage and oversee the Brand Creative department to develop innovative and elevated creative assets.
- Establish and monitor processes and manage multiple projects to completion, on deadline and within budget.
- Provides visual direction across all Brand Creative projects and oversees projects from concept through completion to ensure both strategy and execution are aligned with the seasonal marketing tier system.
- Conceives design idea, creative details and works with outside vendors to create on-brand designs, providing feedback and approvals to vendors for all wholesale instillations and event build outs.
- Executes campaign roadmaps and special project decks as needed.
- Partners with cross-functional teams such as E-Commerce, Product, Wholesale, and Retail to ensure all business needs are met and deliverables are provided on time.
- Oversees all internal brand channel assets – Web, Email, Social, Retail, Wholesale & Special Projects.
- Provides shot list and deliverables list across all campaigns to ensure all brand channels receive appropriate content.
- Provides direction for all copywriting for the company.
- Reviews, edits, and approves all Brand Creative projects ahead of final sign off from CBO and CEO.
- Provides direction on miscellaneous brand projects as needed.
- Plan and organize your activities to meet all deadlines, enhance performance, maximize productivity, and increase efficiency.
- Set goals and timelines, be proactive with your tasks, and set clear exceptions for yourself.
- Report back regularly to the team key learnings, overall results, and opportunities for improvement for all priority projects.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Brand Creative.
- Must have strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Proven track record of developing and executing fresh and innovative marketing assets.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and concepts to clients and team members.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Takes direction and constructive critiques well while also having the ability to work autonomously and provide self-direction when needed.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Bridge.
- Experience with making basic GIFs and video graphics. Familiarity with video editing.

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Chief Brand Officer, the Senior Director, Brand Creative will oversee and lead the Brand Creative team. With the goal of innovation and brand elevation, the Senior Director, Brand Creative will be responsible for all brand marketing assets, ensuring that a consistent brand presence is displayed across all marketing platforms.
The Senior Director, Brand Creative must think strategically and move fast to execute; excellent project management skills; a keen eye for compelling and innovative content; and a passion for continuous improvement. This role will be responsible for creating assets that create cultural conversation, build social followings, and drive sales. This highly-visible position will work closely with all departments to bring best-in-class campaigns to life.
