    The Role

    Peacock is in search of a seasoned, creative, and collaborative Creative Director to lead the creative marketing efforts for the Brand and Partnerships teams. This is an exceptional opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping the future of the Peacock Brand, establishing a brand philosophy that will influence decisions throughout the organization and foster enduring emotional connections with our audience.

    As the Creative Director, your responsibilities will include inspiring and managing a team of creative professionals to develop and execute the brand's positioning and strategy. You will craft comprehensive, brand-focused campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty across all channels, nurturing genuine brand affinity for Peacock.

    This role will collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, Partnerships, and Design teams to leverage marketing opportunities through innovative and breakthrough creative initiatives. Additionally, you will work with external brand partners to create impactful and engaging collaborations in the entertainment space, expanding Peacock's reach and engaging new audiences.

    The Ideal Candidate

You should be adept at translating business needs into innovative campaigns that deliver both short and long-term results. Your extensive experience in brand creative marketing and talent for attracting creative minds will be crucial in building top-tier teams across various disciplines.

    You should have a profound understanding of how entertainment and content can resonate with audiences on a deep, emotional level. Whether you're obsessed with popular culture or a fan of specific entertainment genres, you should bring that passion to your work, fueling creativity and connection with our audience.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of experience leading Brand Creative or Brand Partnerships marketing campaigns at a creative advertising or design agency; link to online portfolio required
    • Experience collaborating and creating marketing campaigns with best-in-class Brand partners
    • Proven track record of developing inspiring, innovative creative campaigns that drive user engagement and contribute to brand loyalty
    • Demonstrated ability to build 360 creative strategies across all platforms for a challenger brand
    • Experience in building and managing relationships with internal and external partners

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Successful history of attracting and retaining creative talent
    • Ability to solve creative challenges independently and collaboratively
    • Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all organizational levels
    • Experience making real-time creative decisions based on data insights
    • Expertise in working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
    • Proficiency in video or design software preferred

    Hybrid: This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days in the office per week.

    Salary range: $145,000 - $190,000 per year (with bonus and long-term incentives)
