    What You will Do :

    As a Member Services Representative in Membership Administration, you will assist with processing daily workflow tasks for new business policies, non-renewals, and reinstatements.

    You will review and update policy systems, client/member accounts and cash handling systems to reflect correct membership information.

    Customer service and communication skills are required as you will be responding to email inquiries and answering phone calls to process requests from agents, client/members, and internal departments.

    Exceptional customer service skills, including verbal and written communication skills. Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday, with a 45-minute lunch each day. Ability to work out of our office located in West Des Moines, IA.
