Description
We are looking for you to join the Civil Engineering Department of the state capital Stuttgart. The position is permanent.


The Civil Engineering Department, with its approximately 1000 dedicated employees, is responsible for the planning, construction and operation of the technical infrastructure of the state capital.

We rely on innovative technologies and digital workflows.

As a Contract and Compliance Manager, you will support digitalization and contribute to ensuring that our IT services are secure and efficient, providing added value for the department and thus for the city and its citizens.

You will work with various teams and stakeholders and actively shape the digitalization of the state capital.


Your main tasks:
Creating and managing contracts (e.g. EVB-IT, AV, OLA, SLA) as well as defining and implementing standards for contract management
Analysis of compliance requirements in the IT and digitalization sector and implementation in guidelines
Support in budget planning and controlling, determination and consolidation of KPIs
Participation in the optimization of IT service management and internal processes
Knowledge management and documentation
Participation in the digitalization process


Your profile:
Completed degree, e.g. in Public Management or IT, or a vocational training, e.g. IT systems specialist or equivalent (for foreign degrees, proof of recognition in Germany is required)
Experience in contract and compliance management
Enjoyment of diverse tasks with the motivation to support digitalization
